Have you ever caught yourself saying, "I just don’t feel like myself anymore"? Or maybe it’s more of a quiet ache — a sense that something’s missing, even if you can’t name exactly what. You’re getting through the days. You’re doing all the right things. But deep down, there’s a lingering disconnection. A restlessness. A yearning for something more.
If this resonates, you’re not alone. Many women find themselves in this space at some point. It can show up as burnout, emotional overwhelm, or just a foggy sense of being out of alignment with who you truly are.
I see you.
And this is exactly where therapy can become a powerful path home.
Disconnection Doesn’t Always Look Like Falling Apart
Often, the clients who reach out to me don’t describe themselves as "disconnected" — at least not at first. They might say things like:
"I feel numb but overwhelmed at the same time."
"I’ve lost myself somewhere along the way."
"It’s like I’m going through the motions but not really living."
"I crave something deeper… but I don’t know what."
"I just want to get back to who I used to be."
These aren’t just passing feelings. They’re signs that your inner world is calling for attention. Not because something is wrong with you, but because you’ve been holding so much, for so long — and your mind, body and soul are craving space to breathe again.
Why Traditional Therapy Doesn’t Always Feel Like a Fit
If you’re spiritually curious or drawn to more holistic ways of understanding yourself, you might have felt a bit out of place in more conventional therapy settings. Maybe you’ve worried about bringing up intuition, energy, or your desire to explore something deeper — for fear it might be dismissed or misunderstood.
That’s why my approach is a little different.
What Therapy Looks Like With Me
I offer therapy that holds space for your emotional experience and your spiritual nature — without shame, stigma, or scepticism. Our work is shaped around your needs, using a mind-body-soul approach that includes:
- Grounding & nervous system regulation – so you can feel safe, settled, and more able to process what’s going on
- Inner child & parts work – understanding and tending to the parts of you that feel stuck, scared, or unseen
- Emotional processing & release – because you deserve to feel your feelings, not just manage them
- Exploring beliefs, patterns & values – to gently shift what no longer serves you and reconnect with what matters
- Body–mind connection – learning to listen to your body’s wisdom and signals
- Visualisation & reflective practices – using guided imagery to help you access insight, calm, and clarity
- Optional spiritual tools like Reiki & Tarot – gentle, grounding ways to deepen your self-awareness and connection to something greater
But Wait… Tarot and Reiki in Therapy?
Yes — and always with your consent and choice.
Reiki is a calming, non-invasive energy practice that many clients find helps them relax, release, and feel more balanced. It can support emotional release, soothe a frazzled nervous system, and offer moments of deep peace — even when words feel hard.
Tarot isn’t about fortune-telling here. It’s a reflective tool, helping us uncover inner patterns, explore new perspectives, and connect with your own inner wisdom. Think of it as a mirror for the soul — offering insight and gentle nudges where needed.
These tools are always optional and introduced gently. Some clients love weaving them into their sessions, while others stick to more traditional approaches. What matters is what feels supportive for you.
The Transformation: What Happens When You Reconnect
Therapy isn’t about fixing you — because you’re not broken. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the noise, the roles, the conditioning, and the overwhelm. It’s about creating a safe space where you can:
- Feel emotionally and energetically reconnected to yourself
- Understand and honour your boundaries, needs, and inner rhythms
- Let go of beliefs and patterns that kept you playing small
- Explore your spirituality without fear of judgment
- Move from autopilot to alignment
- Experience more ease, self-trust and joy in your everyday life
Who This Work Is For
You don’t have to have a spiritual practice or belief system to benefit from this kind of therapy. You just need to be open to exploring yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way.
Many of my clients are millennial women, often aged 25–40, who are navigating:
- Burnout from work, caregiving, or constant doing
- Big life transitions (breakups, moves, career shifts)
- Identity loss or confusion
- Emotional overwhelm or numbness
- A quiet longing for more purpose, meaning, or connection
They’re the women who are often "high-functioning" on the outside but feeling emotionally drained or spiritually off on the inside. If that’s you — you’re in the right place.
