My work supports women who are self-aware yet feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected. They’re tired of falling into old coping habits that once helped them survive, but now leave them feeling small, lost, or out of alignment.

Although my lens is psycho-spiritual, my style is grounded and down-to-earth. I hold space for what’s real — without bypassing, rushing, or offering quick fixes.

I offer in-person sessions in Warrington (WA3) and online sessions via Zoom. My working days are Tuesday to Friday, with weekly or fortnightly
sessions available.
Sessions are £65, with concessions for those on a low income.
Sessions last for 50 minutes. The number of sessions required varies for everyone, and I therefore offer both short-term and long-term work. This will be discussed during our initial consultation.
